HOW TO AVOID DAMAGING YOUR DIABETIC SUPPLIES WHILE THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED

Please make sure that YOU DO NOT TRY to REMOVE THE LABELS.  If you are worried about your personal information on the labels, simply use a marker and cross out the information. Below is a video showing how we remove labels. (Remember if a mark gets on the box the value of that box drops)

Additionally, double check the quality of the boxes, please review this DAMAGE GUIDELINES Page.   Look for any damage at all. Even a small amount of damage can matter.  Also, send three pictures via text or email using your email or phone to us at (813) 359-1051. The three pictures or images should include the front, the rear, and the side that has the expiration date.

Please go to the FAQ Frequently Asked Questions page and find the SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS section, there you find the best procedures regarding shipping your diabetic supplies.
